To Rescue, Rehabilitate and Re-Socialize the abused, starving, neglected and slaughter bound Animals of Central Oregon. To find them loving, lifelong homes thru adoption. And ensure that for the duration of that life, we have updates and information. To provide the community education and offer interactive learning.
